At High End Yoga Studios, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple return and refund process.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Custom and personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact us at info@highendyogastudios.com to request a return. Please include your order number and the reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please securely pack the item to prevent damage during transit.
  4. Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and issue a refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.

Exchanges:

We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. If you need to exchange an item, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.

  • Opened or used items
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Final sale or clearance items
